Support of the insolvency administrator in the settlement of regulatory insolvency proceedings and management Coordination of the exchange of information between the parties involved in insolvency proceedings and independent management of correspondence Accompanying operations in the insolvent company recovery of assets, collection of claims Reporting against the insolvency court Depreciation of assets against creditors

Completed commercial or legal training (e.g. business lawyer etc.) Professional experience in insolvency management is desirable, but no compelling requirement Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to independently guide correspondence Safe occurrence Good self-organization
