Technical Support Engineer Baler – Greenline (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the 3rd level support of the global CLAAS sales companies, regional centers and importers in technical questions on products and service systems of the CLAAS Group with the focus on presses and feed harvest. You take over the collection, processing, tracking, solution finding and feedback of or to technical requests. You provide technical information and system-side solutions for the international CLAAS aftersales network. You are responsible for the support of international sales partners and the support of the on-site external service in special machine events. Standby service during the harvest season in coordination with the CSP expert teams of the respective product groups is of course for you. Supporting the experts in aftersales and the technical development in finding solutions to the machines is also part of your diverse range of tasks.

You have completed your technical studies (engineering, mechatronics, agricultural engineering, vehicle engineering, agricultural engineering, etc.). You have several years of professional experience in the field of aftersales and bring well-founded product knowledge to the above-mentioned priority areas. You have extensive knowledge in the field of automotive and Vehicle electronics as well as experience with control units, sensor systems, telemetry solutions and mobile communication. Funded practical knowledge in the field of agriculture / agricultural technology is necessary, international orientation is desirable. We require good knowledge of the current MS Office applications. You have very good knowledge of German and English, and other foreign language skills are of advantage. Ready for multi-day business trips and weekend services in the harvesting periods is of course for you.
