Key Account Manager Pharma/OTC – Pharmacies & E-Commerce (m/f/d)

As Key Account Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for strategic partnerships on leading platforms in the field of free-market medicines and contribute significantly to the brand presence of WALA medicines. Use your design space in a growing market environment with the following main tasks: Your tasks: Strategic and operational support for national and international key accounts (e.g. pharmaceutical wholesale, shipping, pharmacy chains, online platforms) Development and implementation of growth strategies to strengthen brand presence and profitability Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships including Negotiation of terms and marketing activities Control of performance based on relevant KPIs (conversion, margins, sales figures, visibility on POS and online) Close cooperation with marketing, supply chain management and logistics
