Controller / Senior Controller (m/f/d)

You create and analyse monthly reports, prepare key figures and derive sound recommendations for action. You continuously develop existing reporting and planning and forecasting processes. You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts and target-actual analyses and ensure transparency about economic development. You optimize and maintain cost center accounting, costing and accounting. You support specialist areas and sales in economic analysis, business cases and project calculations. You create ad hoc analyses and prepare policy bases for management. You identify efficiency and cost reduction potentials and actively promote their implementation. You take responsibility for cross-departmental controlling and optimization projects.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting. You bring several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing international company. You have sound knowledge of reporting, planning, cost accounting and business analysis. You are safely handled with ERP systems as well as BI and planning tools, ideally with experience in integrated planning solutions. You convince by analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a pronounced number affinity. You communicate clearly and responsively and are confident of management and disciplines. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
