Orthopedic Preoperative Planning Specialist, Arthroplasty (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing & segmentation of pseudonymized patients CT scans in 3D CAD software to create preoperative plans You efficiently process European orders in a global team to ensure the provision of pre-operative plans in time before operations You are also responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure compliance You report timely & proactively on the progress and status of the tasks and act as a contact person in terms of inquiries and the transmission of technical information You work proactively and independently, prioritize the correct tasks and always keep an overview You can also support Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Product Management with technical information, if required

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, biomedicine, medical technology or comparable training with well-founded professional experience Ideally, you have knowledge of industry practices as well as standards for medical devices, surgical procedures and instruments You preferably have experience in the processing of CTs, including Thresholding, Segmentation and Anatomical Landmarks The current MS Office programs will certainly apply you, experience in 3D CAD software for quality control and product development purposes is a plus You have problems defining, collecting data, identifying facts and drawing valid conclusions You will enjoy working in the interdisciplinary teams as well as with other disciplines and appreciate a wide-ranging position where you need to look over the rim of the plate Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel up to 20% round your profile
