Professional check-in and check-out of our guests as well as central contact persons for all guest wishes Support of the telephone system and forwarding of inquiries to the corresponding departments Room service outside the service hours of the restaurant team Regular tours for monitoring the hotel and documentation of incidents Preparation of the next business day for the early shift team Compensation of guest accounts, preparation and maintenance of reports

Ideally completed training in the hotel compartment, also cross entrance with comparable experience is possible Knowledge of how to use MS Office and hotel software (Opera) desirable Self-responsibility, reliability and discretion Friendly appearance and competent communication with guests Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are advantageous Willingness to work at night (22:00 - 06:30) as well as weekend and holiday work
