Your tasks

As a working student:in Recruiting you support us along the entire recruiting process – with a special focus on Active Sourcing: Active Sourcing via XING (research, first language, talent pools) Identification and address of suitable candidate:inside for positions difficult to occupy Support in the creation and publication of job advertisements Pre-selection of applications and communication with candidate:inside Event organization and coordination of interviews Care of our applicant management system Our Candidate Experience Support for recruiting projects and process optimization

Studies You study BWL, Social Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy or something comparable Priority You bring a great interest in supporting us in Active Sourcing Experience Ideally, you already have experience as a working student or intern in the HR field - possibly. even already in recruiting Flexibility You can support our team with 20 hours a week Organisational skills You work structured and have high quality standards Social competence You communicate professionally and appreciate Creativity You want to support organization Language Applied Very good expressiveness in German is important as you will communicate a lot
