The children's and youth assistance Westuffeln, as a modern and powerful institution of the Mellin's Foundation, today offers a variety of outpatient, partially and fully-steady educational and consulting services in accordance with SGB VIII. In the different areas, dedicated multidisciplinary teams are involved in the development of personal perspectives of social-emotional children, young people, young adults and their families. Parents & Child Support You accompany mothers or fathers with their children in everyday life, strengthen their resources and help them to make their daily life independent step by step. Strengthening bond & promoting development You support the parent-child bond, support the establishment of stable relationships and create a safe place where development and new perspectives are possible. Child protection & care You test and reflect the parental care responsibly, always deal with the welfare of the child and develop sustainable perspectives together in the team. Promoting everyday skills You support parents and children to develop social, emotional and everyday practical skills and further develop existing strengths. Professional exchange in the team You actively contribute to case meetings, help planning, documentation and the joint further development of pedagogical work.
