Head of Risk and Insurance (m/f/d)

As Head of Insurance, you play a central role in building and developing global insurance programs at Materials Services. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of three employees incl. Further development and resource management You tax external partners including brokers, insurance providers and service providers SLA management You conduct contract and damage negotiations with different stakeholders in Germany and abroad and support both professionally and strategically in complex insurance issues Observing and analyzing new risks in Materials Services and implementing adequate insurance solutions are part of your Daily Business Ensuring efficient workflows, prioritizing processes, resource management, and preparing and presenting decision templates to management are part of your task You actively participate in M&A projects and guide projects to develop methods, processes and governance structures in insurance management

You have a degree in Business Administration, Law, Insurance or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in insurance and damage management, ideally with experience in contract negotiations You could gain first leadership experience and enjoy the further development of employees Your knowledge of the property, casualty, transportation are well-founded You are safe in dealing with common insurance, damage and risk management systems You have knowledge of English in word and writing You have enforcing, decision-making, strong team orientation and responsibility awareness You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
