Technical project management from planning to go-live: You support the implementation of new and remodeling projects in intralogistics - from the concept phase to detailed planning, commissioning and stabilising systems and processes. You are increasingly taking independent (partial) projects and making sure that agreed goals are achieved in time, budget and quality. Design of modern logistics solutions: Together with internal interface partners:inside (e.g. operations, IT, customer management) you define requirements for automated systems such as conveyor technology, robotic, shuttle or goods-to-person solutions. You actively participate in layout planning, capacity assessments and process design to develop efficient and scalable solutions. Supplier:Inside: You will create and provide specifications for technical components and systems, support tenders and accompany the technical implementation with our national and international partners. Together, you will ensure that specifications are understood, implemented cleanly and that decreases are documented structured. Transparency & Reporting in the project course: With structured project tracking, meaningful reporting, and clear communication, you’ll provide transparency to project team, stakeholders and executives. You address risks and deviations proactively, address challenges openly and work with the team to improve solutions. Standardization & Innovation in Engineering: You are actively working on the further development of our standard portfolio for technical components, plant concepts and systems. Trends in the fields of automation, digitalization and AI in the logistics sector keep you in mind, evaluate new technologies and introduce your ideas to advance our locations continuously. Team & Knowledge Transfer Cooperation: In close cooperation with experienced project engineers, you learn on-the-job, share experiences and get yourself involved with your own suggestions. Training/study: Complete degree in engineering, technical logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification - alternative technician:in/master:in focus on electrical engineering or automation technology and high logistics affinity Professional experience: Practical experience in project management in logistics or intralogistics Technical knowledge: Knowledge of material flow technology, conveyor technology, automation or warehouse management systems, contact points with industrial communication (e.g. bus systems, Ethernet, WLAN) or PLC environments (e.g. Simatic Step 7, TIA Portal, Beckhoff) as well as knowledge with robotic solutions Analytical & conceptual skills: Structured, data-based work, pleasure in process analysis and deriving optimization potentials; Interest in making complex technical issues understandable and translating them for different stakeholders Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English to communicate safely in our international environment; readiness for service trips to national and international locations Working & Personality: Team-oriented, responsible and binding working methods, high level of learning, curiosity for new technologies and joy in driving things together, creating clarity and delivering results reliably
