Telephone support, advice and development of the existing customer base Own and on-time supply and order processing Close cooperation with internal interfaces, in particular production planning Exchange of relevant and new customer information with the field service Stock management and optimization Complaint processing and monitoring Compliance with and ensuring quality management guidelines (processes / M-system)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience, preferably in sales Industry knowledge of paper and cardboard processing industry is advantageous, but no need Safe handling of MS Office Excellent quality and responsibility awareness as well as strong customer orientation Good ways of handling, safe occurrence and pronounced negotiating and presentation skills Structured, process-oriented working and the ability to work in an international team Very good English skills in word and writing, additional language skills
