For a modern Central Interdisciplinary Emergency Appraisal, we are looking for an experienced medical guidance person as Customer for the ZINA (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

The central interdisciplinary emergency intake is the central point of contact for acutely ill and injured patients. In a multi-professional and interdisciplinary team, emergency patients are assessed in a structured manner, stabilized, diagnosed and fed to targeted further treatment.

The position offers the possibility of developing emergency medical processes, treatment standards and interdisciplinary processes professionally, organizationally and strategically.

Tasks

• Medical Head of Central Interdisciplinary Emergency Recording
• Ensuring high-quality acute and emergency medical care
• Structured rock estimation, diagnostics and therapy of acutely ill and injured patients
• Organization and development of medical processes in emergency reception
• leadership, supervision and professional development of the medical team
• Close cooperation with care, rescue service, diagnostic areas and clinical departments
• Development of treatment paths, standards and quality processes
• Participation in strategic projects to optimize emergency services
• Interdisciplinary coordination in complex emergencies and interface processes
• Participation in the service system or in management and background services

Your profile

• Specialist medical certificate in a clinically relevant field, such as internal medicine, anaesthesiology, general medicine, surgery or a comparable field of expertise
• additional training Clinical acute and emergency medicine desirable
• Multiannual experience in interdisciplinary emergency medicine
• leadership experience or strong leadership skills
• decision strength, resilience and sense of responsibility
• High technical and social competence
• Organisational skills and interest in process development
• Communication strength in dealing with patients, patients, relatives, rescue services and specialist departments
