As a Physical Security Expert (m/w/d) in the Group Security team, you are responsible for the standard design, assessment and further development of the CHEMPARK physical security architecture at all three locations. You develop binding safety standards, protection zone concepts and requirements for the safety infrastructure – regardless of the operational plant protection operation – and ensure their standard compliance. This means in detail: Development of security concepts for the protection of objects, persons and information Analysis, optimization and description of safety-relevant processes and practical communication of these topics to customers and colleagues Creation of concepts for increasing resilience and operational continuity in compliance with existing regulations and laws (Störfallverordnung, KRITIS, etc.) Implementation of risk, vulnerability, vulnerability and efficacy analyses and derivation and prioritisation of measures independent management of safety-related projects (security technology, infrastructure, organisations) taking into account objectives, budget and quality; Control of external service providers and experts during the project Close cooperation with the team “Location Security” on topics such as factory protection, IT security and crisis management ongoing monitoring of the physical security technology market; Assessment of new technologies (access systems, drone defence, AI-based monitoring) on CHEMPARK approval and regulatory requirements; Recommendation for Head of Corporate Security Identification of relevant developments and decision-making processing of threats and scenarios from physical safety perspective Creation of concepts for event security and support in implementation Training and consulting of internal stakeholders and of CHEMPARK partner companies on physical safety standards, protection zone concepts and standard compliance requirements take over a defined role in the crisis organisation of the CHEMPARK; Willingness to participate in guidance services in event (after incorporation)

Complete high-level or technical college studies, ideally in the field of safety technology, risk/security management, civil engineering or a comparable qualification with a corresponding focus professional experience in the field of physical security, corporate security and security technology, ideally in the industrial environment; Experience in the standardized concept development for site safety Knowledge of relevant safety standards and resistance classes for intrusion inhibition, perimeter protection, access control and site security Basic legal knowledge (e.g. operator obligations, occupational/plant safety, licensing rights, danger prevention/staff) and understanding of regulatory KRITIS requirements proven experience in conducting safety projects; Competence in technical requirement definition, tendering and acceptance of safety-relevant installations Interest in and willingness to assess new safety technology (access systems, drone defence, AI-based monitoring) on practicality and compliance Safety check according to SÜG is available or the readiness to carry out these Good knowledge of English driving licence class B
