The representation of the restaurant management in all tasks. Ensuring the efficiency of all service processes as well as meeting our goals and requirements regarding quality, hygiene and safety. In addition to your passion for excellent service, freshness and regionality, you have a complete gastronomic training or experience in gastronomy as well as leadership experience in a similar position. A charming and sympathetic way of dealing with the team and our guests and always a smile on the face in hectic moments. A little girl for cleanliness, order and decoration in the guest room. An affinity for handling key figures and creating offers for events. A high level of team spirit, sense of responsibility and resilience as well as attention to detail.
