The “IT operation” at the Würzburg site operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data point and central services for all pension insurance providers. We also ensure the exchange of data with social security in Germany and abroad. The DevOps Services team provides the necessary toolchains for the Java CI/CD pipeline to transfer developments to productive operation.

Guide a team (approximately 8 employees) both personnel and professional, including team leadership in the sense of team and team development Active design and control of the transferred tasks with a high level of service with regard to the requirements of specialist and development Support in implementing and maintaining change processes Represent the team in DRV-internal as well as interdisciplinary IT projects and working groups Support the team in IT expertise such as DevOps Toolchain

a completed vocational training in the IT sector or a completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. an IT-specific qualification) Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT Experience in the operation and administration of applications for version management for software development projects e.g. GIT, continuous integration e.g. Jenkins and for static code analysis e.g. SonarQube First experience in the professional management of teams or project teams Knowledge and experience in coordinating and controlling workflows and monitoring work outcomes Knowledge of personnel development and personnel management are desirable Analytical thinking and structured working methods, communication strength, empathy and solution and process orientation complete your profile
