Team Leader Energy Consulting (m/f/d)

You take over the technical leadership and the further development of our four-member team in the field of energy consulting. With your experience, you control customer projects in energy efficiency consulting, energy audits and in consulting on energy and energy management systems. As part of the funding advice, you accompany customers, e.g. in the program “Energy and Resource Efficiency in the Economy” (BAFA). When developing transformation concepts, you support customers on their way to greenhouse gas neutrality. The creation of CO2 auctions (e.g. according to GHG-Protocol) will help you professionally and bring your know-how in a targeted manner. Existing customers actively participate, develop business relationships and also manage projects economically. In your leadership role, you coordinate the team's cooperation and ensure a structured and efficient project sequence.

Your technical background is based on a completed natural or engineering studies, preferably in the field of energy and/or sustainability (e.g. energy or environmental technology) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the field of energy consulting or adjacent areas of expertise. Experience in the environment of energy management systems, in particular ISO 50001, is safe to use in everyday work. A qualification as an energy consultant*in with BAFA (e.g. plants and processes, energy audits) is advantageous. Organisational and communication strength as well as a high degree of self-responsibility characterize your work. Innovation talent, empathy and pleasure in consulting activities are your profile. The willingness to occasional missions you bring with you and you have a class B licence.
