As a project buyer Defence (m/w/d), you are involved in the successful implementation of our new and existing projects. You take over the coordination of all purchase-relevant topics and ensure a close interconnection of project organisation and purchasing. Your tasks at a glance: As a central interface between project organization and purchasing, you coordinate shopping activities in new and existing projects and ensure a structured cooperation between all parties. In the project context, you take over the coordination of project-related requirements, control them in the purchase and at the same time ensure the feedback of purchase-side framework conditions into the project. You are actively involved in the planning, maintenance and development of project-related reporting and create transparency about the current procurement status. You can also support the project teams with purchase-relevant questions and contribute to the continuous optimization of project-related procurement processes.

Complete study of business management, economic engineering or a comparable subject Alternatively: a commercial or technical training with appropriate professional experience Experience in purchasing projects or in strategic purchasing, ideally in the defence, shipbuilding or maritime environment Knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of contract law and the handling of public or regulated projects Secure handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high understanding, organisational strength and time management Standing for occasional national and, where appropriate, international missions (about 5%)
