Client Advisor France (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for the individual care of our French-speaking customers, with a high solution orientation, to process their concerns and advise them on our products – by email and telephone. You care for a good customer relationship, ensure the quality that our customers expect from us and will help them even after purchasing with advice and action. You process complaints and complaints and help to find an optimal solution – only through feedback we can understand our customers and make their wishes come true. A corresponding documentation and data update are provided in our computer systems and provide the necessary further processing of other departments. You will exchange the latest market trends and customer requests in the team and help to respond to your needs even better.

You can quickly and thoroughly adapt to different conversation partners and their concerns and you can easily build a trusted conversation atmosphere Your work is structured and reliable.
