You will guide and advise employees and trainees on all personal topics relating to the entire employee lifecycle. You work closely with Payroll on billing topics. You organize personnel development measures. Reliablely you set up and update personal statistics and special evaluations. You work trustfully with our works council and other interfaces and accompany the creation of business agreements. Last but not least, you support the implementation of HR projects and contribute to the development of best HR infrastructures and processes.

Successfully completed university studies, ideally focusing on human resources management Professional experience in personnel management in a similar position Knowledge of labour law Sovereign handling of MS Office and SAP High level of responsibility and autonomy Expressed enforcement and conflict resolution capability Strong service orientation and communication skills
