Project Manager (m/w/d)

Project planning, coordination and management of acquired development and/or tech transfer projects at the Plankstadt site during the entire product life cycle Main contact partner for domestic and foreign customers Management of the project teams as well as the organisation and moderation of regular project meetings and the development of pragmatic solutions and decisions Coordination / Interface Management with all project-relevant departments at the Plankstadt site Creating and monitoring project documentation (project plans, project specification, risk analysis, project closure document) Sales planning and accounting of all project-relevant costs Creation and implementation of the project control Regular reporting on project status (quality, time, planned sales and customer satisfaction) to management and controlling

Completed scientific studies and/or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in planning, controlling and controlling complex projects Very good knowledge of project management methods and tools Experience in the field of pharmaceutical production and processes and work under GxP regulations and in the field of pharmaceutical and analytical development processes Experience in the formation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams without power Basic knowledge of business processes Very good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed customer and service orientation High communication and enforcement capability Planning and organisational design as well as a structured and independent operation High motivation and team skills
