Caretaker (m/f/d)

As a new team member, you will strengthen three other colleagues on site and will be the first respondent to our users, such as police, finance or courts. You are responsible, inter alia, for the technical installations of the buildings on the premises, the facilities and the external installations. You were able to take over minor repairs, in particular furniture and equipment. You support the care and cleaning of the outdoor facilities Your daily work is written in the form of a master journal (digital) In the case of more extensive repairs, you will accompany contracting companies and monitor the quality Occasionally take over transport tasks (e.g. furniture transport) In case of snowfall, you can help in winter service

Completed vocational training in the area of heating-climate sanitation, as an electrician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the above-mentioned range of tasks Competences in or affinity for the operation of machines and devices Ability to identify needs for maintenance and craft skills Knowledge or interest in handling MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) You are characterized by openness, willingness to assist and a positive attitude and enrich the team with their diplomacy. Basic understanding of working safety (e.g. the use of ladders) as well as good handling of equipment and efficient use of resources Customer-oriented appearance, flexibility and physical resilience complete your profile Class B driving licence and provision of services within Schleswig-Holstein Ready to call in winter service
