As a group manager (m/w/d), you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the group “Fachliche Anwendungsberatung & Infrastruktur” and develop your team through targeted coaching as well as a motivating, performance-oriented working environment. You strengthen the corporate culture including anchoring DZ BANK's attitudes, promote close networking with interface partners and ensure customer-oriented consulting and service quality. In addition to the central operation and outsourcing management, You also control the reporting system production chain including Quality assurance, optimize processes and coordinate all stakeholders for an efficient, stable and timely process. You accompany projects and coordinate the requirement management for data connections along the front-to-end process chain in close coordination with the relevant interfaces. You act as a central contact for subsidiaries in the field of reporting infrastructure and ensure the connection of new products and processes to ensure smooth system integration and compliance with supervisory requirements. You optimise the process organization with a view to increasing efficiency and contribute to both annual budget creation and under-year controlling.

Successful study of economics, natural sciences, mathematics or a comparable academic degree – alternatively a completed banking training with multiannual professional practice Ideal: Experience in leadership and outsourcing management Knowledge of reporting software Abacus360 Banking and using new digital tools Expertise in production and process control as well as in supervisory processes, in addition Very good German as well as English in word and writing, communication strength and high customer or Service orientation Comprehensive competence in information management, decision-making and analysis strength, a high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action Impressed ability to promote and design employees as well as lead to distance, complemented by a high degree of agility
