Rewards Analyst

Support the annual rewards processes and improvements in SuccessFactors Compensation module Regularly review the market reference on remuneration and guidance on market trends to local HR Participate in benchmarking surveys Analysis remuneration aspects for specific groups e.g. gender pay gap analysis including presentation of the results Create and update tools supporting local HR e.g. promotion cost impact tool or AI agents Provide guidance for ad hoc salary reviews and external offerings Render specialist support to local HR Support the reward education of managers and employees and develop learning material Support HR budgeting processes Participate in further HR projects

Working Experience At least one year of professional experience in human resources or similar field Required Personal and Professional Skills Strong analytical and integrative skills including the ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical and systematic way Advanced Excel skills Adept at working with technology and learning new systems and technology as necessary Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and focus on operational excellence and improvement Professional in English (spoken and written)
