Your everyday work includes:

• Everyday accompaniment – You help children and young people with mental impairment to actively shape their everyday life in leisure, social participation, living, school and many other areas of life.
• Promote target achievement – You accompany the residents to discover their own wishes and to realize their personal goals.
• Take care (if necessary) – You carry out basic and treatment care and are in close contact with relatives, caregivers and doctors.
• Documentation & Planning – You plan the care process and document your observations carefully and reliably.

• Qualification – You bring a completed training as a social pedagoguein, curative nursein, nursing (m/w/d), educator*in with additional social education or a comparable qualification.
• Heart for people – You are happy to accompany and strengthen children and young people with disabilities on their way.

• Flexibility – You can easily imagine shift and weekend services in your rhythm of life.

• Day service: You work in the regular shift service and take over the pedagogical and nursing accompaniment in the daytime.
• Night service: You are regularly in use at night and feel safe and reliable in this quiet but responsible role.
