Product Manager Packaging (m/f/d)

As Product Managerin, you are responsible for the packaging of our range in the field of decorative cosmetics. The briefing of our suppliers, price negotiations and calculations as well as the design of secondary and primary packaging in cooperation with other areas is within your area of responsibility. The continuous review and optimization of the packaging with regard to the requirements of the market, economy and legal requirements are your daily tasks. Within product management, you form the operational interface to the Textures & Colors area and work closely with the areas of fire, quality management, purchasing and production planning. In the day-to-day business, operating activities such as the preparation of product tests, the provision of relevant packaging documents and marketing patterns belong to your tasks as well as the material and master data management in SAP. Initiating and implementing projects to implement our sustainability strategy, taking into account the new packaging guidelines and supported by our packaging engineerin and the area of sustainability.

Complete studies in the field of economics or commercial training with subsequent experience in product management or a similar qualification. Ideally, you have professional experience in product management and packaging and supplier management. You are highly communication-oriented, solution-oriented and have a hand-on mentality with a feel for pragmatic solutions, especially in exchange with different stakeholders and interfaces. You have an international mindset and knowledge of German and English that you use with us in everyday work, as our products are purchased worldwide. You are very safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel, but also Word and Power Point). Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP or another ERP system. Personally, you fit us if you are a passionate, creative and courageous personality with strong communicative skills that likes to work on the team and has no bareness to go to people.
