Manager (d/m/w)

Start: From 01. August 2026 (depending on your availability) Type of employment: Full-time

Head of our department store and management of a team of about 14 employees Responsibility for personnel deployment planning as well as the planning/control of business processes and business/goods performance indicators Active Sale and Continuous Ensuring High Area Presence and Customer-Friendly Event of Sellers Further development and promotion of employees Participation in advertising activities, strong production of products and continuous optimization of the entire range Monitoring the proper supply of goods and inventory Close cooperation and information exchange with the headquarters in Waltrop (near Dortmund)

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual experience in a leading position in the retail trade (house/filial manager, store manager (d/m/w), etc.) Application security in handling MS-Office products and goods management systems (preferably SAP) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking, high earnings/target orientation and readiness to take responsibility Adjustable social competence and leadership, coupled with openness and readiness to learn Experienced service and customer orientation and experience in dealing with suppliers Awareness of Manufactum's values, style and content
