You carry out your own painting, painting and maintenance work in our residential and commercial stock You carry out renovations efficiently and on time You can lay floors (e.g. vinyl, laminate) and apply tile work in the bathroom and kitchen area You carry out smaller sanitary work (e.g. replacement of toilets, taps, sinks) You implement both fast standard renovations in less demanding and more demanding measures in old buildings You develop practicable solutions for different structural challenges You also perform general maintenance tasks (e.g. smaller gardening or bulk removal) if necessary You organize material procurement and work processes independently and cost-consciously You ensure a clean, reliable and qualitatively appropriate and rapid execution of all work

You have a completed training in crafts, ideally as a painter and painter master or have a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience You bring well-founded practical experience in renovation, maintenance and modernization of residential and commercial properties You can safely master classic painting and painting work and additionally have experience in floor laying as well as tile and smaller sanitary work You can also handle general maintenance tasks (e.g. smaller gardening or bulk removal) You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You recognize problems early and find practical solutions in stock You think economically and responsibly with material and time around You are friendly and professional to tenants and external service providers You have a class B licence You ideally have leadership experience
