Number: MER00049XH Do you want to see how several teams jointly plan, vote and bring a central software product to the vehicles of tomorrow? Our agile BaseByte Train, a combination of several development teams, develops the base layer of the central drive control unit CDCC (Central Driving and Charging Controller). The base layer forms the software base on which driving and charging functions are based. We work according to SAFe, a framework for the agile cooperation of several teams, and regularly coordinate planning, implementation and releases across teams. As a working student*in, you support the agile trainee in the daily business. You are organising workshops and voting appointments, discussing tasks and topics in Jira and providing a structured documentation. You work closely with Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern, responsible for software architecture and other stakeholders. This gives you comprehensive insights into agile software development, team-wide cooperation and the management of large software projects in the automotive environment. These challenges include: Planning, organisation and preparation of workshops, voting dates and events, such as PI Plannings Preparation and revision of presentations and overviews for workshops and management dates Maintenance of features and tasks in Jira, for example with regard to status, descriptions and due dates Examination of data quality in Jira and creation and further development of dashboards Coordination of votes with Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern and responsible for the software architecture Pick up, bundle and prepare information from different teams Documentation of results, tasks and decisions and their follow-up Maintenance of Confluence and SharePoint pages, storage structures and templates
