Ensuring the proper, secure and legally compliant operation of residential and technical facilities, including the exercise of operator obligations and traffic safety obligations Organisation, control and control of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures as well as the establishment of a legally safe inspection and maintenance management including compliance with statutory requirements and time-limit control Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and safeguarding of all structural, technical and organisational fire protection requirements including testing of fire protection facilities and control of escape and rescue routes Planning, budgeting and control of maintenance and repair measures including object visits, state assessments and coordination of external construction and services and cooperation with experts Creation and presentation of reports and statistics for owners and management Processing of owner- & rent requests and orders incl. Completed training or study in the real estate sector, facility management, construction or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in real estate management or facility management desirable Finded knowledge of rental law (BGB) and ideally in housing property law (WEG) Safe understanding of operator responsibility, traffic safety obligations, fire protection and maintenance management Good knowledge of relevant regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, TRBS, BayBO, fire protection) Experience in the production of heating costs and operating costs Secure handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word) Experience with Imveon, VS3 or comparable administrator software desirable Embossed communication skills as well as safe occurrence in word and font (primary German, other languages of advantage) Teamability, flexibility and an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach
