Sales Operations Manager Dresden (m/f/d)

As Sales Operations Manager (d/m/w), you are the central point of contact for our Sales Director and our entire sales team. To ensure that our sales can work optimally, you keep an overview of projects, key figures and processes and introduce your ideas to further develop our sales every day. You support our Sales Director and the entire sales team in operational daily business In doing so, you coordinate sales projects, prepare meetings and ensure a structured refurbishment You support sales management by creating reports, analyses and evaluations of relevant key figures In addition, you maintain sales targets, measures and ongoing projects and support their follow-up You perform organizational tasks around sales marketing, internal communication and cross-departmental projects You provide sales-relevant data and ensure high data quality You identify optimization potentials and actively support the development and automation of our sales processes You use modern AI tools and digital technologies to process information faster, simplify administrative tasks and make our sales more efficient You coordinate appointments, workshops and internal coordination and keep your back on our sales team You are proactively introducing your own ideas to continuously develop our sales organization

A successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in sales assistance, sales service, project management or assistance function is advantageous A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Organisational talent and the ability to keep track of multiple topics at the same time A good understanding of numbers and joy in evaluating data and recognizing relationships Interest in digital processes and ideally first experiences with CRM systems or digital sales tools Curiosity for artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies as well as the willingness to use them actively in everyday work Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance A high service orientation and motivation to support sales as much as possible
