Total responsibility for the area of stirrer friction welding and cutting with over 30 employees Close cooperation with the management in the further development of production Ensuring a stable and efficient production process in terms of delivery reliability, quality, productivity and economy Responsibility for capacity planning, resource use and budget Leadership of the organisation through shift managers Control, development and harmonisation of manufacturing processes and relevant key figures (KPIs) Combining investment decisions in the machine park Development of Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) Communication and interdisciplinary cooperation with project management, quality assurance and adjacent areas Further development of organisational structures and management processes within production

(m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a similar technical training as well as training as master or technician (m/w/d) Experience in the management of manufacturing employees, experience in a higher-level leadership role in the production environment, e.g. as a production manager (m/w/d), production manager (m/w/d), area manager (m/w/d) or comparable Experience in cutting production with a thorough understanding of milling processes Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation High communication strength, enforcing ability and social competence presence in production and a clear hands-on mentality
