Technical Documentation Clerk (m/f/d)

You will see and structure archives from around 100 years of energy supply. You identify documents that are subject to retention, in particular permits and documents with long-term relevance for the operation of energy plants. The preparation and digitization of relevant documents is based on an already developed archiving and digitization concept. As part of the planned resolution of the archive location Bleicherode, you support the transfer of relevant documents into digital archive structures.

You have a successfully completed commercial, administrative or comparable vocational training. A structured, careful and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You can safely handle file structures, document management and systematic processing of documents. Good knowledge of the MS Office applications will help you as well as an independent and structured way of working. Through your communicative competence as well as your objective and friendly appearance, you are an estimated team player. You also have a class B licence.
