Information Security Manager (m/f/d)

You support the design, implementation and monitoring of security measures and processes in our hybrid environments You conduct internal friendly audits independently, identify potential vulnerabilities, non-conformities, and risks related to standards such as ISO 27001, KRITIS/BSIG and our internal regulatory system You are actively working on developing solutions and improving our GRC processes You advise and support our specialist departments in compliance with policies and regulations, in particular in the areas IAM (Identity & Access Management), DR/BCMS (Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Management System) and Application Security You are involved in creating and maintaining security policies, standards and documentation, including in the context of tool-based ISMS and GRC platforms. You support the analysis and evaluation of security incidents and assist in correcting You contribute to the awareness and training of employees on information security issues

Completed study/training with relevant professional experience. Gerne with consulting background 5 years of professional experience in information security, IT risk management or IT compliance Very good knowledge of common safety standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, KRITIS/BSIG and experience with internal regulators Experience in performing audits or reviews is beneficial. An associated certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC) is a plus, but no hard condition. Knowledge of tool-based ISMS and GRC platforms are helpful Practical experience in at least one of the areas of hybrid environments, IAM, DR/BCMS or Application Security Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as self-responsibility Communication strength and the ability to render complex facts understandable flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing What counts is your experience and passion for information security
