Your role: You take over the management and further development of our internal infrastructure service.The office is located in the area of enterprise organization and commissioner. In your role, you take full responsibility and leadership in the fields of post and material, fleet management, internal document management and area and infrastructure management with a clear focus on efficiency and quality.

Here is your know-how in demand: Organisation and improvement of operations to ensure efficiency and quality Strategic planning and control of measures and personnel deployments and ensuring smooth operations Implementation of budget and economic analysis Compliance with quality standards and optimization of existing services and services Close coordination with other areas of the bank as well as commissioning and controlling external service providers Identification, analysis and mitigation of risks Professional and disciplinary leadership of about 15 employees

That's what you bring: Completed studies (BWL, industrial engineering, facility management or comparable) or completed vocational training in a commercial or technical profession Multiannual professional experience in infrastructural facility management or in responsibility for several of the main topics listed Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership Communication strength, team spirit, decision-making, analytical and structured approach and creative solutions
