Design and development of innovative Java-based applications: You create scalable, maintenance-friendly software solutions with Spring Boot and ensure that they run efficiently and reliably even in complex system landscapes Continuous development of existing applications: You contribute your expertise to the support and optimization of Java-based applications and develop them to meet the highest requirements Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines: You take responsibility for the automation of build and deployment processes and ensure that software releases are carried out faster, more efficient and more error-free Migration to containerization with Docker and Kubernetes: You transform existing applications into a cloud-native infrastructure by migrating them on Docker and Kubernetes – for more flexibility and scalability in the cloud Ensuring code quality and best practices: You establish and promote best-in-class development practices such as unit tests, clean code and code reviews to ensure highest quality Designing the technical architecture: You play a central role in the continuous development of our software architecture and work closely with your team to evaluate new technologies and innovative solutions Mentoring and team development: You accompany and coach junior developers, help to develop their technical know-how and actively contribute to growing and developing our team Working with artificial intelligence (AI): You will become a central member in a future project that deals with real-time data analysis and the use of AI to gain valuable insights to improve patient care

Completed studies in computer science or comparable training Multiannual (min. 5 years) Experience in Java Development with Spring Boot Good knowledge of databases (Oracle, MSSQL) and work with JPA Experience in designing RESTful APIs and implementing Microservices Knowledge of the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and common tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) Practical experience in migrating applications to a containerized, cloud-native infrastructure Solid knowledge in ensuring code quality (unit tests, clean code, code reviews) Practical experience in designing and developing software architectures in agile teams Mentoring skills and joy in communicating knowledge to junior developers Team spirit, communication strength and a solution-oriented approach Knowledge in the field of AI and data analysis of real-time data
