Systems and infrastructure holistic support and active development of our IT infrastructure – on the server side as client side, from Windows, Linux and VMware environments via clients, mobile devices, remote access, web and mailproxy Administration and maintenance of central systems, in particular Active Directory, Exchange and OTP Proactive monitoring and optimization of backup processes (VEEAM Backup & Replication) Implementation of updates, patches and performance checks to ensure a stable and secure IT operation Active participation of IT architecture with focus on security, stability and future orientation Users & Support Supporting our employees with patience, clarity and service orientation Provision, management and maintenance of hardware and software Ensuring the functionality of clients, mobile devices and remote connections Error analysis and Troubleshoot with the aim of finding sustainable solutions Documentation & optimization Careful and ongoing documentation of all systems, processes and changes as a basis for transparency, stability and knowledge security structuring and simplifying the existing IT landscape to increase efficiency, overview and maintainability Active Improvement of Processes and Standards - You Detect Potentials and Replace Independently Predictive thinking and action in the further development of our IT systems with a focus on quality, sustainability and future security

A completed IT training (e.g. specialist system integration), a study or comparable practical experience You have experience in system administration or want to specifically expand your knowledge in this area Knowledge or interest in the following topics are advantageous: VEEAM Backup & Replication, VMware/vSphere, Server Management Active Directory & Domain Controller, Microsoft Exchange, M365 SANsymphony (Datacore) and Linux systems
