You run the subject area “working time” for the locations Braunschweig and Berlin with currently 3 employees. Your activities include: Technical management and coordination of employees in the field Basic work in the field of working time and holiday law and sickness-related periods Analysis, assessment and implementation of new legal regulations, collective agreements, regulations and relevant jurisdictions of the field Control and development of the processes and administration of the time recording system Preparation and development of service agreements and work instructions Creation and evaluation of statistical analyses and reports Competent consultation of employees and managers in labour and service matters
