Paying group 11 TVöD Bund • unlimited • part-time 19.5 hours

You run the subject area “working time” for the locations Braunschweig and Berlin with currently 3 employees. Your activities include: Technical management and coordination of employees in the field Basic work in the field of working time and holiday law and sickness-related periods Analysis, assessment and implementation of new legal regulations, collective agreements, regulations and relevant jurisdictions of the field Control and development of the processes and administration of the time recording system Preparation and development of service agreements and work instructions Creation and evaluation of statistical analyses and reports Competent consultation of employees and managers in labour and service matters

Course examination for the up-to-date non-technical administration or employee training II or studies (FH diploma/ Bachelor) of the administrative sciences High legal certainty and competence in the application of legal and collective requirements Good knowledge of public labour law and labour law Ideally, experience in working time management, especially in the field of holiday law, as well as in dealing with illness data and other absences Analytical thinkability and high IT affinity Good consulting skills, strength of conviction and commitment Precision and care in handling sensitive data Representative team and communication skills German (C2 level) and English (B1 level)
