Kehl), we are looking for a Deputy Chief Physician at the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Medicine in parttime, initially at 25 hours a week.

Representation in Chief Medical Secretariat Completion of general correspondence Administrative tasks, such as file care, storage, dispatching, requesting and forwarding various documents Post-processing, telephone service, procurement of office materials Reception and care of visitors Organisation of internal training and events and meetings Tasks of the Deputy Secretary-General: You coordinate the extensive scheduling of the clinic director, together with all the organisational and administrative activities resulting therefrom. A further important focus is the establishment of documents from the clinic, which are sent to the accounting firm in preparation and the processing of insurance requests.
