Many new forward-looking projects will be discussed, planned and implemented from safe communication infrastructure from space to European participation in the resurrection of the Moon. The European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Union (EU) are developing very dynamically. In this context, we are in the Europe-Agreements Department of Contact and Coordination for all European space activities in the Space Agency. Our young team is responsible for a coherent representation of German space interests at European level, in particular in the space policy and programme of the ESA and the EU. Your tasks You will follow developments in EU space policy and programme, in particular the EU Commission's proposals on space in the EU's multiannual financial framework 2028-2034. Based on the analysis of relevant proposals from the EU Commission, together with other departments of the Space Agency, you will develop coordinated German positions and negotiating lines. You represent these positions to external partners such as the EU Commission and other Member States of the ESA and the EU. You support the support of the German representation of interests to the current EU space programme within the framework of EU competence.
