Head of Infrastructure (m/f/d)

In this function, you play a central role in technical building management and ensure the safe, efficient operation of our building and operating technology: Monitoring, control and central fault management of the building and building systems Self-analysis of deviations, causes of errors and disturbances and localisation of damage Defining the nature and extent of the disorder and damages in the defined responsibility framework Implementation of small repair and repair measures or escalation to department management Determination of spare parts requirements and initiation of procurement Building management and IT systems Monitoring and maintenance of PC-assisted building control systems Implementation of program changes, data adjustments and database updates Retrieval of software updates and regular system adjustments to new requirements Testing of repaired plants for proper functioning Administrative & organisational tasks Cooperation with facility management management tasks and cooperation with internal and external service providers Maintenance of technical documentation and plans (e.g. technical, light, emergency lighting, closing and sprinkler plans) Compilation of statistics, evaluations, presentation documents and technical overviews Management of testable plants and equipment incl. Monitoring of fixed test periods Coordination of complaints and routine tasks in the area of maintenance cleaning Accounting & Control Examination of foreign performance accounts (e.g. maintenance and craft services) Control of performance, wages and allowances in accordance with contractual agreements clarification of deviations and coordination with purchasing, specialist areas and executives Other tasks Registrar and regulatory work for technical and commercial documents Organisation of appointments, visits and meetings Support in waste management (legal monitoring, disposal concepts, service provider coordination) Technical guidance and support of employees in the field of tasks

Complete technical training, ideally in the field of facility management, building technology, electrical engineering or comparable

Skills: Experience in technical building management or facility management Good knowledge of building control, technical systems and MS Office applications Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength in handling internal and external contacts Organisational skills and strong sense of responsibility English and German in Word and Writing
