In your function, you work closely with the HR department and play a central role in the design and development of HR processes. Advice and support of executives and employees in all personal questions Personnel administration - from setting to exit Recruiting Process Support Preparing wage accounting Support and organisation of personnel development measures e.g. the planning and implementation of further training programmes and the development of tailor-made concepts Optimization and further development of existing HR processes to increase efficiency Support in different personnel projects

Completed studies in the field of personnel or a commercial training paired with relevant practical experience in the HR field and/or an additional qualification, e.g. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the production environment Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office applications Good English knowledge of word and writing Independent, responsible and service-oriented working Representative communicative and empirical skills and social competence Discretion, reliability and loyalty
