In order to strengthen the service sector, the Technology, Maintenance and Energy Management department is looking for a:n Bautechniker:in full time.

Organisation and coordination of the maintenance of buildings, technical installations and external installations Head of the multifunctional workshop with the works painter, mason and carpenter Implementation of maintenance and construction measures in the performance phases of HOAI Organisation of recurring maintenance and testing work with maintenance of the required data in a CAFM system Support and further development of mechanical and electronic locking systems

are state-tested technicians / state-tested technicians in the field of construction technology or have a comparable qualification have a multiannual professional experience and have negotiation and organisational skills, enforcement skills and an independent working method are teamable, resilient and flexible possess comprehensive knowledge in common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) have good knowledge in a CAD software, preferably ArchiCad have experience with an AVA software, preferably ORCA have good knowledge of HOAI and VOB (part A-C) have a driving permit for cars (guide certificate class B)
