They take over the technical and personnel management of the team “Bilanz” with eleven employees or the team “Total Accounts, GLRG Data, securitisation Purpose Companies” with eight employees. In your area of responsibility lies the conception of reporting in the ESCB, as well as the collection, processing, quality assurance and provision of data on bank balances, securitisation target companies and targeted long-term refinancing operations (GLRG). In line with strategic goals, you actively drive digitization and process optimization and establish agile working methods in your team. They actively shape dialogue with reporting banks and securitisation agencies and their associations. In addition, you will bring your expertise to the European System of Central Banks within the framework of committee work. They deal with complex policy issues and control cross-border communication measures.

Master or equivalent degree in a field relevant to the position (e.g. economics, mathematics) Very good knowledge of bank transactions and their presentation in accounting as well as very good knowledge of securitisation purposes Good knowledge of bankstatistic reporting Good knowledge of economic relations in particular in the field of monetary analysis Very good knowledge in the processing of data and in the handling of databases and statistical software Representative leadership competence (referred by first leadership experience or corresponding training/certificates) knowledge of digitalization, process optimization and agile working methods; Experience in the aforementioned areas of advantage Ability to analyze, evaluate and concise representation of complex facts Comprehensibility, negotiation skills and intercultural competence Agiles mindset and affinity for change and optimization processes Very good German and good English communicative skills
