You want to understand how work is really going – and how to make it easier, faster and more digital? You have fun in improving things and working with IT systems? Then the training as a specialist in data and process analysis (m/w/d) is the right start to your professional future. Your tasks In your training, you help to work well in the company and make use of IT systems. Your tasks include: You look at how work steps take place in everyday life and where it could be easier or faster You help improve and introduce digital processes, e.g. orders, forms or logistics You adapt IT systems and applications to better fit workflows You work with colleagues from different departments and meet their requirements You support the introduction of new digital solutions and explain how to use them Learn how IT helps to make work easier and more clear.

For this training, you should bring: A good middle education degree or (special) abitur Interest in technology, digital systems and practical solutions Joy in improving things and thinking logically openness to ask questions and to work with others Motivation to learn new and take responsibility You don’t have to be an IT professional – curiosity and interest are more important than previous knowledge.
