In an interdisciplinar team, you will be able to simulate complex, highly dynamic systems of the air supply. In this case, you model individual components of these systems, integrate them into the overall simulation and perform detailed performance simulations in order to assess the system effect in a comprehensive manner. You actively contribute to the further development of our cross-sectional simulation framework and the tools required for this purpose. The coordination of the requirements for the simulations with the users and the close cooperation with our internal German and American partners will complete your wide range of activities.

A completed study (Diplom / Master) in the field of mechanical engineering, air and space engineering, technical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable natural or engineering knowledge with a focus on modeling or simulation and system dynamics, preferably with design, forms the ideal precondition for this position. You have a well-founded programme knowledge in at least two of the following languages: Python, C++, MATLAB / Simulink, ideally with experience in developing complex and modular software solutions. You are used in the application of methods of modelling and simulation to develop complex simulation programmes.
