You ensure a smooth production process through preventive maintenance and damage-oriented maintenance of machines You carry, motivate and develop the maintenance team You are responsible for the creation and coordination of maintenance plans and the documentation of all repair work You create order requirements in the system and get offers You take over cost control, reporting and documentation You carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance work on machines and plan and implement maintenance projects You work closely with production and adjacent departments such as quality assurance and planning
