Structured: You’re going through an 18-month trainee program with diverse and exciting insights into software development and our IT landscape. Get to know Big Picture: You get to know our systems and interfaces and get a good understanding of how everything works together through hospitations in adjacent areas. Understanding technicality: In order to be able to build good software later, you will also learn the technical foundations around corporate events and depot management and understand what processes and logics our systems are supposed to represent. For “breedings” are not animal species, but exciting special knowledge from the securities world. Developing software: From conception to implementation to testing, you are involved in the development of our applications. Together with the team, you will ensure the quality by automated testing and also learn how changes safely go through the release process in production. Use modern tools: You work with future-proof IT systems and technologies. From Java-based own developments to SAP to collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence – you will be fit for the digital world of work. Build a network: To look over the edge of the plate and expand your network with us, you will also get to know our big junior community next to your team and build a broad network. We are interested in projects from your previous professional activity and period of study. You have recently completed your studies with a focus on IT or will successfully end it until the start of the program. You bring first programming knowledge in Java. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the working world, for example through internships, student work activities or projects next to your studies. Whether oral or written – you speak fluent German (C1) and also teach English (B2). You are happy to work in the team, you are actively approaching colleagues and you are looking for an agile way of working in Scrum. New technologies, tools and technical topics will awaken your curiosity. You go on your own tasks, work on new topics and bring your commitment to your further development.

Our team awaits you at the Düsseldorf & Eschborn site. During your entire training, we accompany you actively and not only provide you with a great team, but also a personal mentor or mentor.
