The area of responsibility includes, in particular, youth assistance in criminal proceedings in the field of social services with the following priorities: Advice, support and accompaniment of young people, their families and young people before, during and after criminal proceedings Reporting and introduction of a social education perspective in juvenile criminal proceedings Participation in negotiations before the juvenile court / juvenile court mediation and accompaniment of judicial instructions and requirements, as well as U-Haft and criminal prosecution Implementation of diversion procedures - examination, planning and accompaniment of individual assistance under the SGB VIII, e.g. assistance for education and integration for children and young people with (dreaching) mental disabilities Advice on educational, family and social issues Identification of support needs of children, young people and their families, as well as, where appropriate, placement in adjacent help systems Consultation and support in emergency and conflict situations, suspicion of neglect and mistreatment and sexual violence, including the introduction of measures to protect young people Perception of readiness

Studied as a Diplom-Social pedagogue/in, Bachelor of Arts -Social work with state recognition, Bachelor of Arts -Heilpädagogik or a comparable degree You bring knowledge of child development and the manifestations of disabilities, child and youth aid law (SGB VIII), the Youth Court Act (JGG) and IT specialist procedures with You are aware of your role and responsibility, engage your knowledge cooperatively and have a resource-oriented attitude You have a class B licence and can provide the private car for service trips
