Payroll Accounting Specialist (m|f|d)

You are responsible for the billing of charges for a defined group of employees in compliance with the legal and collective framework conditions. In addition, the implementation of reporting, certification and reporting is your responsibility. In this role, you are a familiar Sparring partner for executives and personal care in billing-relevant questions. Through your expertise and sound experience, you are a competent partner for external partners such as authorities, social security institutions and financial offices. With your own initiative, you will develop optimization processes in the HR sector and will actively participate in their implementation.

You have successfully completed your commercial training and gained extensive practical experience in the area of pay billing. You can provide sound knowledge of tax, social security and labour law, as well as ideally knowledge of the IG Bau or IG Metall collective agreements. In dealing with common accounting programs, time management programs and MS office Products are familiar to you.
