THE ACHENTAL is the all-rounder & all-rounder of the hotel! Because hotel professionals are all-rounders who master the work in the different areas of our resort. The main focus of the training is the reservation and reception area, the food & beverage area (service and kitchen) and housekeeping. So you can see the interfaces between the departments and make sure that the quality is right everywhere and the wheels are interlocking smoothly. Professional communication with the guests draws like a red thread through all activities such as Check In and Out of our hotel guests Reservation acceptance and processing Serving food and drinks in our restaurants, bar and events Housekeeping (design and care of rooms) Apply working techniques and cooking methods for making simple food Easily prepare food taking into account recipes, nutritional teaching and economics Goods The training takes place in the company and in the vocational school (block lessons or 1-2 days per week). The duration of the training is three years as planned and may be reduced under certain circumstances. You will also be supported at the resort by personal care and training and training.
